Yes, to secure the date we require 50% down as a deposit at the time of initial booking. The remaining balance is due the week of your event. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can apply your deposit towards a different date if you need to cancel or reschedule as long as you give us a week's notice. 

The rental period is for 4 hours of bounce time. We will set up your bounce house at least 15 minutes prior to your event.  

We understand that most of our clients have balloons added to the bounce house which requires setup time for the balloon vendors. If you need a balloon vendor, we have referrals. 

If you need an extended rental, please let us know the duration, and we'll communicate with the additional cost.

Open Bouncer: 15ft x 15ft (12 ft tall) 

Covered Bouncer: 14.5ft x 14.5ft (12 ft tall) 

Slide Bouncer: 15ft x 14.5ft (13 ft tall)  

Please note that if your party is indoors it is the clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough ceiling clearance. 

We clean & disinfect our bounce houses before each event! We take cleaning seriously over here, not only because it maintains the integrity of the bounce houses, but also because we want out bounce houses to be sparkling clean before our clients put them to use. 

We use hospital- grade disinfectant for all of our bounce houses and don't book the same bounce house more than once during any given weekend to allow for us to thoroughly clean and disinfect them. 

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks or dirt.
